At Champagne For Breakfast we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or issue a store credit provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery.
  • The item is in original saleable condition
  • With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
  • In an unworn and unused state
  • No smell of washing powder or similar products.
  • A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Champagne For Breakfast reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.

We take no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by the courier when they are being returned. Please keep a copy of your tracking number when posting items back to our store.

We unfortunately cannot hold items for exchange in your size while we wait for your current item to be returned.

We inspect every item before we pack the item/s to ensure the condition and quality of the product/s, however in the unlikely event you receive an item, or items, with a manufacturing fault, and we will gladly refund the cost of the item/s or issue you with a store credit.

Cost

The cost of returning the item/s is at the customer’s sole expense, we do not refund or add the cost of shipping to your store credit.Assessing the return Upon receipt of your item/s our team will undertake inspection and determine if you are entitled to a store credit. Please note it is at our team’s full and final discretion to issue a store credit.

Processing

Once we receive the item/s and confirm you are eligible for a store credit this will be processed within three (3) business days. Shipping charges will not form part of the associated store credit.
